Pheonix Khan, Founder and CEO of Ryse Up Tutoring, created the company with one purpose — to help every learner rise above their challenges and reach their fullest potential. Guided by the belief that education is not just about grades, but about confidence, mindset, and growth, Pheonix combines compassionate teaching with mentorship that empowers students to believe in themselves. Known for an uplifting, personalized approach, Pheonix designs each lesson to meet the individual where they are — whether it’s mastering English, refining study skills, or rebuilding academic confidence. Every session at Ryse Up is built on encouragement, patience, and the philosophy that with the right guidance and genuine support, every student can rise higher than they ever imagined.
Jayden Carvalho has been with the RyseUp Tutoring team since the summer of 2025. Jayden is a very confident tutor, outgoing, and especially kind to the students. Jayden is currently attending Toronto Metropolitan University studying business management. Jayden specializes in tutoring Math. Jayden ensures that each student is given a chance to grow into their fullest selves and he believes that their strengths and found deep within themselves and he can help each student find it. When Jayden isn’t tutoring, he enjoys going on runs, doing boxing, and enjoys fishing, these activities inspired Jayden to bring discipline and patience to the classroom.
